If you’re reading this, then year-end should just about be over. This is your busy season, which makes it our busy season, so when the end of March is upon us I know that our team and you are finally getting a chance to come up for air. Enjoy it!
To begin this year we made some changes in our support process and I’d say the results have been mixed to date. Our goal was to get help to clients in need quicker, but it didn’t always work flawlessly, so thank you for the feedback, good and bad. We’ll keeping taking a look at ways to fine-tune our support processes.
