Do You See What I See?

What started as a stubborn leak, led to what could be a game changer for all repair needs. In New York, a property manager had the idea to use a drone to get a better look at a leak that just wouldn't seal. In an effort that can only be described as valliant, comes an idea that all property managers could soon be using themselves.

Keep Moving Forward

"What Happens When All Committee Members Resign, Refuse to Act or Move? This issue arises more than one might suspect. Because of association apathy, many committees go unfilled and often even boards don’t have members.  The results of this apathy could be much different than you would expect."

Despite this dreary outlook, there is a way to remedy this problem and exalt all problems that can arise from this scenario.

We Automate Because We Care

Keeping your company up to date as far as technology goes is one thing, but properly utilizing that technology is another. With the many automation options that have come to light recently, it can be useful to evaluate how they can change the way you run your business, finding easier ways to get the hard things done.

Reap What You Sow

"Technology can be both a blessing and a curse in today’s business world. When implemented correctly with the necessary process and business rules applied, technology enables businesses to operate efficiently and limit costs on overhead.

However, technology can also get wildly out of control for business if not executed properly.

For example, with the availability of free cloud services available to businesses, it’s easy to accumulate them like they are Halloween candy. The more software solutions a business adds, the more complicated their workflows get, which can ultimately end up costing the company thousands of dollars in lost productivity."

Are You Keeping That in the Cloud?

With an increasing demand for things to be digitalised, we are finding ourselves with our head in the clouds more often than not. Within this troposphere of possibilities, we constantly find new ways to do the same old things. It is within this field that things like Cloud Accounting are derived.
