Condominiums don’t always look too fondly upon "man’s best friend". But what happens when that said best friend is also a life saver? One recurring debate within community association discussion groups is that of therapy dogs. Should they be allowed to live in dog-free associations?

Homes in HOA’s worth more?
A new study concludes that homes in HOAs are worth more: “HOAs in Northern Virginia are worth, on average, more than 5 percent more than similar houses in the same neighborhood but outside of HOAs. Given those large advantages, it is not surprising that HOAs are growing rapidly.”
