TOPS [ONE] 3.0.3.1 Update

The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

The following new releases will be live in TOPS [ONE] today. As a web-based product, there is no action for TOPS [ONE] users to take. Your TOPS [ONE] platform will automatically be updated in the cloud.

Here's what's new:

Portfolio

Communities

  • Deleting – Bank account information will no longer display for deleted communities

Properties

  • Collection Status – The collection status for a property can now be manually edited outside of the collections process. Navigate to the property, click Actions and select ‘Edit Property’. There is a new drop down for collection status in the ‘Info’ panel
  • Owner Resale – Comments will now stay with the selected owner during the resale process

Management

Violations

  • New Batch View – Big changes! We have implemented a batch view for violations, similar to batch checks and payments. Functionality is limited at the moment, but expect full batch actions available in the near future:

  • Violation Activity – This is the original violations page where details can be viewed and new violations can be created

  • Violation Tickets – The new batch view for violations. New violations can be created via the Actions button in the top-right. Selecting one of the four filters at the top will display based on that criteria:

    Tickets can be closed or commented on by clicking the appropriate button. Neither action will navigate away from the batch view:

Work Order

  • New Batch View – Big changes! We have implemented a batch view for work orders, similar to batch checks and payments. Functionality is limited at the moment, but expect full batch actions available in the near future:

  • Work Order Activity – This is the original work orders page where details can be viewed and new violations can be created

  • Work Order Tickets – The new batch view for violations. New work orders can be created via the Actions button in the top-right. Selecting one of the four filters at the top will display based on that criteria:

    Tickets can be closed or commented on by clicking the appropriate button. Additionally, if there is an email on file for the associated vendor, a copy of the work order will be emailed. None of these actions will navigate away from the batch view page:

Service Request

    Tickets can be closed or commented on by clicking the appropriate button. Additionally, a new work order can be created based on a given service request by clicking ‘+Work Order’. A reference link will appear on both the original service request and the created work order that links to the other item:

Miscellaneous

  • Reports – The options and scheduling panels have been moved to the top of the page for more space when viewing reports on the page:
