TOPS Software will be closing our office to the public on Thursday, July 14th. All services, including Technical Support, Sales, Training and other professional services will be unavailable to clients all day on Thursday.
During this time, our entire team will be gathering together to prepare for the official release of TOPS [ONE]. We will be evaluating the release candidate for issues, performing stress tests, and conducting internal training to prepare our team for the release of platform.
To date, we have about 100 clients on the product, but many have been using it in a 'sandbox' mode while we prepared the final release version. When this version is published, all sandbox clients will be converted to the live servers, and the product will be made available for sale to clients wishing to upgrade from other TOPS platforms (TOPS Professional, TOPS iQ).
This "TOPS [ONE] day" is important to insure that the platform that we release meets the demanding standards of our clients and our team members, and that everyone at TOPS is fully informed on the product and ready to serve you to the best of our ability.
