Whether you are transitioning over to TOPS or are in need of TOPS training, you'll be working with the TOPS Professional Services Team! Here is a summary of some of the critical services that our Professional Services Team provides:

Data Conversion and Installation

On-boarding a new community? Let us help you convert data from the previous management company into TOPS. Instead of making you re-type that data into TOPS yourself, we provide a conversion service that will help you get important community data converted to a TOPS compatible format, and then up and running inside your TOPS installation.

1 on 1 Training for Clients

One-on-one training with a TOPS trainer helps new customers get up and going strong with the TOPS program. But did you know that as an existing client, you can also receive one-on-one training? Contact your Account Executive for details. The TOPS training program can be customized to the specific needs of your organization.

Group Classes

Are you only using 25% of TOPS like the typical TOPS user? Are you bringing on a new employee? Each month, TOPS training provides a series of courses intended to get you over these hurdles. Pick and choose the courses that are specific to that employee's job, or get a more well-rounded education in TOPS by completing all of the courses, listed here.

Pre-recorded Training

Clients on a Support Plan can view pre-recorded TOPS training videos at their convenience—2 new videos are added every month! Not on a Support Plan? Contact your Account Executive for information!

Get to know our TOPS Professional Services team — take a TOPS training class today! Online Training classes are free to clients on a TOPS Support Plan. Contact your Account Executive for Support plan options. By offering extensive TOPS Training, our goal is to make you more successful!
