Tech Support to open at 12:00 noon today

Hotfix

The phone queue for TOPS support will be opening at noon Eastern Standard Time to give our team an opportunity to test a release candidate for TOPS iQ.

We appreciate your patience while we perform this testing.

Hot Fix Released on 10/30/2014

Hotfix

The updates in this hotfix are now available on the launcher. Included in this hotfix are a number of TOPS Backup Service updates, a new, faster report engine for select outputs, and a small collection of other fixes and updates. More details.

Monthly Coupon Codes no Longer Needed

We are pleased to announce that we have just switched providers for our online training classes to GoToTraining.com. In addition to giving us better tools to provide the training classes, this change also means that we will no longer be sending out a monthly coupon code.

As a valued TOPS customer on an active support plan, you are still able to sign up for these classes at no charge and this unlimited access is still for your entire staff. The list of training classes and registration information can now be found within our online Customer Care Center.
