Important Billing Notice

Attention Valued Customers:

TOPS Software's migration to the new paperless automated billing system is proceeding on schedule, and we expect to have the first phase of automated billing active by as early as next week for many clients. In addition to the positive impact on the environment, we are eager to offer this new billing platform to you to provide further convenience and flexibility to the billing process.

This new billing platform is being rolled out in phases, which means that you may only be billed electronically for some services at first, with automated billing being rolled out for all services and all clients over the course of the next 6 months. Your regular bills will continue to be issued on a monthly basis until your account has fully been transitioned to the new platform. Even once your account is being billed electronically, you will continue to be billed seperately for each individual TOPS product or service, until such time as we have completed the transition for all of our contracts. We expect to roll out consolidated billing once the final phase is completed.

Please be advised that once your account is converted to the new billing system, you may receive an email from our billing platform to request that you update your payment information. We ask that you update this information immediately upon receipt of the email to insure that your services continue uninterrupted.

To help expedite the process and ensure that emailed bills go to the correct location, please have your primary billing contact go to http://info.topssoft.com/update-my-record to update your billing contact information. Due to this being an automated billing system, if you are currently on delayed or suspended billing, please be advised that your account will be billed as per your contract, starting 30 days after the contract's effective date.
