Recently TOPS Software and AtHomeNet agreed to new terms in regards to our business relationship. Historically, TOPS and AtHomeNet have shared the responsibilities of managing, supporting, billing and developing websites for TOPS customers. Under the new terms, effective October 1, 2015 AtHomeNet will be assuming total ownership and management of all aspects of these websites.
We at TOPS and our partners at AtHomeNet both believe this will benefit our website clients. AtHomeNet has been providing and supporting the websites, and will now be your single point of contact for billing and all other website requests. TOPS will continue to be involved in supporting the data integration in concert with AtHomeNet.
If you have an AtHomeNet website, you'll be pleased to know that this transition should have minimal impact on your website today. As AtHomeNet assumes the relationship, they will be taking over the billing and may need to collect some information from you. You should have already received a communication from AtHomeNet which gives you more details about the steps that you need to take.
Please note that these billing changes apply ONLY to AtHomeNet Websites. Billing for all other TOPS services, such as TOPS GO!, TOPS iQ Hosting, monthly support maintenance, Internet Backup Service and iMail will continue to be managed and supported by TOPS Software.
