Q4 TOPS Professional Updates

What's on the horizon for TOPS Professional? Many of you ask what features are currently under development and what will be improved. In the spirit of change, our development team will now be releasing regular updates each quarter, and will be posting what's on the horizon on the TOPS Customer Care Center Blog.

Customer Care Center

The new TOPS Customer Care Center is now live! Designed for all TOPS Clients, discover the new Customer Portal, and resources such as the TOPS Customer Blog, user manuals, vendors providing TOPS supplies, and more. Visit the Customer Care Center today!

Support ID

"SUPPORT ID": a new ID for Clients on a Support Plan

TOPS has implemented a new support system which integrates our phone and Customer Care website portal. One of the changes is that every TOPS client has been assigned a unique SUPPORT ID number. This ID should be used when communicating with our Technical Support department. The SUPPORT ID is our way of ensuring that your unique CLIENT ID will remain private. Contact your Account Rep if you do not know your ID.


TOPS Go! Billing Changes
Effective January 1, 2014

The pricing structure for TOPS Go! will be changing from the current structure (one license per device) to a new structure, (community based). We hope that this new model will make it easier for your organization to implement TOPS Go! for all of your users, and add more flexibility for you to charge back to your clients.
