Hiring Quality Contractors

It is important that you are hiring quality contractors to handle repairs in your association. This will save you from headaches down the road due to sloppy work done by inexperienced repairmen. Making a Flawless 4th

The fourth of July has to be one of my absolute favorite holidays. As a Floridian, it means beach, boating and BBQ’s! But if you live in an HOA, which many of us do, there are some important tips to keep in mind to insure your holiday pops off without a hitch! Discover them here!

Secondhand Smoke

This is actually a problem that I deal with in my apartment building on a daily basis. “It’s a Major Award!”

And now I am about to toot our own horn for a second. “TOPS Software was named the winner of the Bronze Stevie Award in the 'Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Software - Less Than 100 Employees' category in the 14th annual American Business Awards.” We couldn’t be more proud of our team!
