I think this is something we would all like to achieve. How to stop being busy! “Busyness is a status symbol that makes us feel important and assures us that we matter in this world because we must do so many things. However, busyness doesn’t mean you are productive - rather, busyness is a sign of inefficiency and often detracts from your quality of life."
“One issue that has plagued condominium associations, especially during the Great Recession, is abandoned condominium units. An abandoned unit can create a multitude of problems for an association, including unpaid assessments, mold growth, and undetected water leaks. The cost of remediating a damaged unit can be significant.”
