Let’s Go Green Together!

Want to start going green? “Your community association management company can help. HOA vs Condo Association

So, you’ve been in the industry for quite a while; a seasoned vet you may say. But, do you know what separates Homeowners Associations from Condo Associations? The differences (and similarities) may surprise you!

However, busyness doesn’t mean you are productive - rather, busyness is a sign of inefficiency and often detracts from your quality of life."

Abandoned Units

“One issue that has plagued condominium associations, especially during the Great Recession, is abandoned condominium units.  An abandoned unit can create a multitude of problems for an association, including unpaid assessments, mold growth, and undetected water leaks.  The cost of remediating a damaged unit can be significant.”
