With Christmas less than 2 weeks away I know what you’re thinking! What on earth am I going to get the property manager who has everything? It has certainly been on my mind!
There are some awesome gifts out there for Property Managers, Accountants, Board Members, and everyone else in HOA’s, Condo Associations, and Management Companies. You can give them a physical gift or the gift of an awesome idea. (I know you are jumping out of your seats wondering what these gifts are!)
So many things... where to start?
Software is an awesome start, but what if they already have great software? Then what about a mobile app that would allow them to work from the field? Then, if you see them out and are need of a repair or want to report a complaint they could document it right then and there!
But, what if they do not have a good mobile device or a phone is just too small? There are some awesome Android tablets and iPads out right now and I am sure there are some great sales!!
Apple iPad Mini 2 Sony Xperia Z Ultra
They might think it is too hard to type on one of those devices. Problem solved, they make awesome bluetooth keyboards.
Logitech Tablet Keyboard and Stand Combo
I know what you’re thinking, "Don’t they need the Internet to run those apps?" You are correct, if the device does not already have internet, you can buy a portable hotspot to run all your devices from. Netgear Zing Mobile Hotspot (Sprint)
What if they get thirsty driving around inspecting the communities? What about a portable mug or tumbler, they make great gifts; you could even have them monogramed. Those no spill lids come in handy.
Contigo West Loop Stainless Seel Vacuum Insulated Travel Mug
Once they've wet their whistle, you should let them talk. How about a bluetooth headset?
Orb Bluetooth headset
And finally, my personal favorite, a yummy snack!
